„Wow what an experience it was to stay here! It is so off the beaten track that you need collecting by the hotel staff in a very heavy duty jeep because a normal car stands no chance of getting there. It is the most peaceful place I have ever been with the most amazing views of the mountains. I will say it is so remote that you can’t just pop out for lunch etc so make sure you’re prepared with things to keep you entertained for your stay.

„In this house you feel like beeing in a mansion with tea plantation in the 1930s. It's worth asking the hotel for a driver in advance. Our driver got lost and the hotel was not reachable by phone.
The furnishing is consistently stylish with high quality, the food manifold and very tasty (perhaps a bit pricy) and the service overwhelming - discreet but always there if needed.

„Atemberaubender Blick auf den Zahntempel und die Berge. Supersaubere Zimmer und sehr sehr bequeme Betten. Superleckeres Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Vor allem haben uns die typisch einheimischen Egghoppers und Stringhoppers sowie die Rotis mit Dalcurry geschmeckt. Auch das Abendessen war hervorragend! Der Blick vom Pool ist grandios. Guter Einstieg für eine Reise nach Sri Lanka! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!“
