„It was very clean !! Staff was friendly. Didn’t like the fact that the people above us you could hear the kids running constantly early in the mornings. Next time I’ll book to see if I can get top floor . Didn’t care for the fact that we had to get all our clean towels daily and take care of garbage all the time - our stay was for four nights. “

„Only thing that bothered me was how bad the WiFi was, could be because there was a lot of people on it but it kept disconnecting and then reconnecting, and then saying it was connected but wouldn’t work, had a hard time using the Roku tv because of that. „Most of the water park staff didn't seem to speak English and were so tuned in on the "routine" of counting and looking at the edges of the swim areas that they didn't seem to notice children that may have been struggling in the water. Bathroom tub drain was SUPER slow, room was just average for a "Family Suite", we had 3 and I can't imagine having 4 or more in a room that small.“
