„We were disappointed to find the outside of the house a mess. The grass was a foot high. We couldn’t use the yard because there was a lot of rain the week before, and it was muddy. The patio had dead leaves all over it and needed clean. The tables were black and needed washed off, so what started to be a relaxing vacation ended up being a cleanup day just to enjoy the rest of our stay.
