„Arrived to a warm welcome, supplied with all information required and reassured there was 24 hour cover should it be needed. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything required. We were able to alter the heating to suit ourselves, making our stay very comfortable. The ensuite had ample big fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. We even had a yellow rubber duck. Breakfast was great...a substantial menu but happily did just scrambled for myself and baked beans for my husband. Also ...

„Schönes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Vom Flughafen laufen sollte man nicht, das die Straßen eng sind und keine Bürgersteige haben. Am Hotel ist ein ausreichend großer Parkplatz der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist schön, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Pool den man auch kostenlos als Gast nutzen kann- allerdings nur abends von 20 bis 22 Uhr (nur Erwachsene) und morgens von 07:00 bis 10 Uhr (Erwachsene und Kinder). “

„What an amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous location at the bottom of a wonderful cobbled hill. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Perfect location. Great cooked breakfast - very tasty. Lovely lady called Janet was the welcoming waitress. We had a great chat. Couldn’t fault the place at all. We’ll return! “

„If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice. Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back.“

„Leider die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, im Bad die Armaturen haben mangelhaft funktioniert und gesamtes Zimmer entspricht sich nicht zur Bilder auf der Seite. Das Zimmer war schon veraltet und benötigt die Renovierung. Das Frühstück war gut.“

Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. “
