„Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅“

„Hervorragendes Frühstück “

„Norwegian owned and occupied almost exclusively by football fans, this is a theme boutique style Hotel splattered with Liverpool memorabilia. Formerly a big private residence, later a church owned facility, now a Hotel with limited capacity of maybe 14 rooms or so. The room I had was very comfortable and spacious, so was the bed. The breakfast is limited in choices and style. The people working there very helpful and nice. The location, 100 meters from the stadium, on Anfield road rather not ...

„Excellent stay at The Stuart Hotel and a special mention about Kartar Singh who made me feel at ease and so helpful with every little thing that had a concern for. He needs a special recognition and well deserved. Thank you“

„I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one.“

„Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky. In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when ...

„War ok, sehr einfaches Zimmer“

„Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.“

„Nettes und freundliches Personal immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zweitbettzimmer war groß und geräumig. Lage in Old Swan in Liverpool ist in Ordnung.

„Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great“

„Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.
