Inside, you'll find light and calm: a living area with a corner sofa and smart TV, two bedrooms with a queen bed and one bathroom with a rain shower. The beach, the town centre and public transport are close by. Ideal for a weekend or a week by the sea. Pets are not allowed. Please note: this is a quiet apartment, not a party venue.



The Space:

The first bedroom has a queen bed of 160 cm wide.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed of 160 cm wide.

Four guests sleep comfortably.

The living area is bright, with a large corner sofa, a dining table and a smart TV with a streaming service.



Fully equipped, just like home

Bed linen and towels are NOT included, so please bring your own. The kitchen has a dishwasher, combination oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, plus cookware and tableware. Cooking here is as easy as at home. There is one bathroom with a rain shower, and a separate toilet. Shampoo and a hairdryer are provided. A washing machine and a dryer are in the separate laundry room.

For little ones, there is a cot, a high chair and a shelf of children's books.

Guest Access:

Arrival is fully self-service. The key is in a key safe with a keypad at the bottom of the mailboxes in the entrance hall. You receive the code in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.

The apartment is on the ground floor: once inside the building, it is the first door on your left. No stairs or lift needed.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner. Only the building entrance is shared with the other residents.



The Neighborhood:

You'll stay in a quiet residential street in Knokke, close to the beach. The beach, the town centre, shops and restaurants are all close by.



Getting Around:

The beach and the town centre are within walking distance.

Public transport is close by.

By car: a private parking space is included, in a garage at Koningslaan 54, a short walk from the apartment. Take the key from the key safe first. Inside the garage, on your left, a grey box opens with that key. Your space is number 8. Higher cars may have trouble with the garage door: ask someone to guide you in. Using the garage with a high vehicle is at your own risk.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 4 guests.

The apartment is in a residential building with a shared entrance hall.

The garage door is low: higher cars may not fit, at your own risk.

Waste: please take your waste to the containers at Majoor Van Dammestraat (back side of Scharpoord), 8300 Knokke-Heist. You can leave residual waste, glass, paper/cardboard (PK) and PMD there.

Bed linen and towels are not included.
