„Cottage is overall clean and modern, shared areas are not very spacious. Location is very good, peaceful, quiet, and very nice view. Outdoor area was amazing, firepit very enjoyable. Jacuzzi was dirty, we had to contact owner to request instructions on how and if we could clean up the water ourselves. Garbage/Recycling bins were full when we checked in, with bugs and smelly. Making sure to place garbage bags in center of cage, as raccoons can grab and make a mess if placed close to fence, would ...

„We really enjoyed our family getaway over the Labour Day. The cottage is cute and is a close drive to Bala. It would be have been preferable to be waterfront or have better lake access but the place was clean, the owners were nice and the area is still lovely. “

„It’s a great house with two fantastic open spaces. Upstairs Lounge, dining table and kitchen; downstairs lounge with fireplace, gigantic TV and a games room. All the rooms have an amazing lake view. We were 12 people aging 11-83, it was a great Christmas. Thanks “

„This is a lovely getaway with great hosts who work hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our only problem was that being our first time staying in muskoka in the winter we were not prepared for everything being closed. It is a pretty location and I'm sure in the summer there are more options. “

„People came from Alberta, Sask, Ottawa, GTA, Collingwood, and Sudbury. We spent day at Vetta Nordic Spa (20 minutes away, recommend place). 2 nights at VRBO. The place is not very fancy, but cozy and perfect to reconnect with people from far away.The river was a nice backdrop, There were wild ducks also.Saturday dinner was 14 people. Lots of room for people to prepare dinner, eat and chat.“

„Zoya was an amazing host, great communicator, and accommodating! We arrived just after the huge snowstorm Family Day weekend. Honestly, there was so much snow that fell that weekend, I was amazed the driveway was cleared for us to park at the house! I couldn’t believe the deck had been shovelled to access the hot tub and a path shovelled to access the sauna! The snowbanks to the sauna were easily 4’ high! Zoya’s place was very comfortable, close to ski hill, nice kitchen to prepare meals. ...

„Beautiful spot with incredible view. Just a few minor details overlooked. More cooking pots/pans would be handy, as well as additional tea, towels, washcloths, and dish cloths. A recommendation might be to cut back the trees in the entrance slightly as to allow for a safer exit onto busy roadway. Overall, Wonderful for a relaxing vacation. Paddle boards on site were certainly appreciated. “

„We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again.“
