The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull ...

The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. “

„The house smelled horrible; it seems to have a mold problem. Couches were dirty, and the temperature was set to 50 degrees. It took the house two hours to warm up. Limited blankets; we could only find one. We walked downstairs and discovered three unmade bunk beds and a refrigerator full of food. We wondered if people were living there. The stairs only lock from the basement side and there is a door leading to the outside, so that did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this ...

„The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back“
