Levi West Chalet B is a stylish three-storey holiday home that combines modern Scandinavian design with the peaceful beauty of Lapland. Completed in 2023 and located near Levi’s West and Gondola slopes, this 157 m² chalet accommodates up to 8 guests. It features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large landscape windows, a high-quality sound system, and an inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures.

Outdoor spaces are designed for all-season use. Guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with dining furniture, ideal for summer meals or cooling off after a sauna session. In winter, the terrace offers a chance to catch the northern lights. A 7-person outdoor jacuzzi (available from June onward) and a scenic sauna with a panoramic window provide a luxurious Finnish wellness experience. Direct access to well-maintained cross-country ski trails and snowmobile routes makes this chalet a prime choice for active holidays.

Indoors, the home is thoughtfully furnished with family-friendly touches like a high chair and stair gate. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for shared meals. Each of the three bedrooms offers quality beds that can be separated as needed. The lower ground floor includes a hobby/dressing room with a private entrance, perfect for preparing for outdoor activities or serving as a play area for children.

Guests can unwind with the home cinema system, books, and board games, or stay connected via fast Wi-Fi and Chromecast. The living area is warmed by underfloor heating and a fireplace (available from June). The chalet also features a washer, drying cabinet, and electric vehicle charging point, ensuring modern comforts throughout your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (max. 8 guests)

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 160cm double beds
Upper floor: 1x 160cm bed and 2x 90cm single beds
All beds are separable into singles as needed.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including the scenic sauna, terrace, and hobby room. While the fireplace and jacuzzi are pending installation until June, the home already includes all essential amenities and stylish, comfortable furnishings for a complete and relaxing stay.

Guests can contact the team via the Airbnb app for assistance. We aim to respond promptly and respectfully, though messages between 10 PM and 8 AM will be answered the following morning.

Please keep music at a considerate volume to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. We are committed to responsible hosting and respect the local community. A Minut sensor on the patio monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times.
