The villa is centrally located in a quiet village and most attractions and hotspots in Cyprus can be reached in less than 90 minutes, many of them even in only 30 to 60 minutes. „Wir waren im Oktober 2022 für 9 Tage mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem wir viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht haben. Durch die Poolheizung war das Wasser auch im Herbst angenehm warm. Die Villa war sehr sauber, der Check-in verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsseltresor. „Everything with the house was accurate according to the listing. Pool guy came twice during the week. Only thing we missed was a pizza shovel for the pizza oven. But since we where the first ones to use the pizza stove it may not be a problem for other guest 😉“

„We stayed at Meneou Seaside Mansion 7 as a party of 10. My parents, Three aunts, Sister, Brother in law, 10-year-old nephew and myself. Location wonderful (nice and quiet, but easy enough to get onto the main roads), and the beach only a few minutes drive away. The hosts were attentive and communications great; any problems quickly resolved. „The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown.“

„Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)“

„We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Anita + Brian's Villa in Pyla. The house offers every comfort you need on vacation, everything is really taken care of. The large pool, what to say about it, explains itself: a Dip in it before breakfast or after a strenuous tour in the heat. The temperatures on Cyprus allow also sometimes a short dive at night time. The house in Pyla is very well located: The beach can be reached in about 10min by foot. There are some smaller supermarkets for daily needs ...

„The villa was really nice the area was lovely very quite, their was a bus 1 every 2hrs which eas ok going into Larnaca but we used taxi back as the last bus was 8pm so you need a car to get to places, like us we mainly used it for the food shop.“

„This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!“

„We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Athena villa. The villa was equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation comfortably, conveniently and without any problems.
