1. It is important to be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from hosting any parties. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:30 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
2. Please leave the property clean and tidy, and wash and put away any dishes used during your stay.
3. Smoking is only permitted outside, and please dispose of any cigarette butts properly.
4. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500 compensation charge via your Airbnb account.
5. Please remove your shoes before entering the property to keep the floors clean.
6. Please avoid using the provided towels to remove makeup to prevent staining.
7. If any issues arise during your stay, please inform the host so that they can address the problem before the next guests arrive.
8. While snow removal has been arranged, the host cannot be held responsible for any delays or injuries caused by slips on the property. An extra snow shovel is available in the garage if needed.
