LIVING AREA

The open-plan living area provides plenty of space to relax after a busy day exploring Central Florida. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV make this a great gathering place for family and friends.

There is also a loft area upstairs, providing additional space for guests to spread out and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including:

The spacious pool deck includes a large covered lanai, providing both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing, dining, or spending time together outdoors.

The pool also features a spillover spa. Please note that this is a spillover feature only and does not have bubbling or jet functions.

POOL HEAT

Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be arranged and paid for prior to check-in.

Please contact Titan Vacation Homes at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

This is a self-catering vacation home, meaning guests have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare their own meals, but additional household supplies are not replenished during the stay.

A small starter supply may be provided and can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each bin, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay.
