We arrived with no issues however the spa was not working and they were supposed to fix it on Monday but when we checked out it was still not working. This is a main attraction in renting this facility. They said that I did t purchase the heated pool so it would not
Have matter but the site does not state that. It states for the pool but not the hot tub and when I called back on Monday the lady I spoke with stated that it should be heated and the keys working. This was a big disappointment. The rooms downstairs were hot and the heat and air guy said there was nothing he could do so there must be something going on with the vents. It never cooled down in those rooms. There was no hot water in any showers and come to find out the water heater was at 110 so they did manage to turn that up for us on Sunday. The couch was not comfortable and it kept moving apart. They need to purchase new sofa or fix that so that it stays together. The alarm for the pool door was very annoying and we were told that we could turn it off even though we had no small children and they were aware of that. It was not the best place we’ve stayed over the years.
