"Zimmer im ersten Stock, geräumig, sauber mit Meerblick. Frühstück super, kein Büfett aber tolle Auswahl. Strand etwas bergab zu erreichen. Nette Bar in nächster Nähe. Ruhig gelegen zwischen Gewächshäusern. Preislich sehr günstig."

"Erst war der Wind so stark, dass wir starken Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Dazu hatten wir leider bei starkem Regen und Wind Wasser in unserem Zimmer, welches unter der Eingangstüre eingetreten ist. Die Rezeptionistinnen, vorallem Eleni, waren sehr hilfsbereit."

"Wir haben zweimal hier, auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Beide Male erhielten wir ein großes Studio, obwohl wir nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Yannis war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns für die Rückfahrt vom Hafen von Kissamos von sich aus ein Taxi bestellt und uns darüber per E-Mail informiert. Was für ein Service! Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, die Ausstattung ebenso. Und wir habrn sehr gut geschlafen! "

"After reading some negative comments about the hotel we we're a bit insecure whether to book. But in the end, it was the perfect choice and we had a wonderful time at Casa d'Irene. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very smooth and fast. We booked a classic room and asked for a room with daylight. The room was quite spacious (more than enough space for two people with two large suitcases) and it was almost new. We really liked the nice, modern design of the room. We even got some cookies and Raki as a welcome gift. The only small inconvenient was that the room was opposite to the reception. But it turned out that this was not really a problem. We were never bothered by other people talking in the reception. Concerning the parking situation, there is the possibility to park in the streets next to the hotel or at a parking lot in 1 minute walking distance. We did not encounter any problems to enter the parking lot. Platanos is a picturesque small village. There are many very good restaurants close to the hotel. The wonderful Falassarna beach is only a 10 minutes drive away. And Casa d'Irene is also ideally located to explore other beautiful spots on the island of Crete (like for example Elafonisi beach, Balos beach, Paleochora, Samaria gorge, Chania, etc.). This was our first stay on the island of Crete, but we will come back for sure!"

"05.05.-11.05.25 / 2 persons / DeLuxe Suite Panorama Hotel is an absolute dream. I chose it because of the location to the beach I love most on Crete. It did not disappoint. Our suite was absolutely amazing. The accommodation and supplies outstanding (super comfortable beds, kitchen, bathroom, cupboards, terrasse). We did not miss a thing. Breakfast was great and offered everything we could wish for. Dinner was very tasty and the sunset view simply stunning. The beach is incomparable. It offers nice sand, shallow parts and also a great depth to swim or jump around in the waves. The beach bars nearby offer luxurious beach beds. When travelling in 2025 you would need to now that the hotel is expanding, so there is some construction going on from 8-16 h. For us this was no issue at all - and completely fine- because we spend our days down by the beach. If you only wish to be at the pool you should consider this. Adonis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect. Thank you very much. "
