„Clean and organized little hotel.“

„Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their ...

„Nice spacious rooms, well located near the city centre, nice environment with lots of green and good decor. Quiet and peaceful except when they decide to start playing loud latin music a 7am (a simple complaint took care of that). Good breakfast too.“

„Staff were great and highy professional plus good meal. My stay was however not enjoyable due to poor internet connection.terrible internet service. The hotel should get this sorted. Travelers shouldn't have to worry about internet when lodged in a hotel costing nearly $120 “

„The rooms are of good quality, so is the bathroom. My balcony was to the quiet botanical garden which was very nice. Rooms on the other side of the building facing the road are loud. Breakfast buffet is good, the choice is just OK. Very helpful staff which prepared an extra early breakfast for me when I was leaving to a national park trip --> thank you! The only weakness I noticed was the weak Wifi in the room. Paying for an executive room I would expect a stable, strong signal“

„The hotel is located in upper floors of a shopping mall. I stayed for 4 nights and took the executive room which still had a very acceptable price (approx. 80 USD). The room was big, nicely furnished and despite the central location quiet at night. Breakfasts are OK, a mid-size buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly but the service-orientation could be better. All in all I enjoyed the stay and can imagine that I would stay there again.“

„I've been staying in this hotel (or better, apartment block) for years but it's sad to notice that the infrastructure as well service quality keeps deteriorating. The breakfast buffet became less and less over the years, down to an absolute minimum. Many things in the rooms are broken. The place used to be cleaner as well. I still appreciate though the quiet area during the night thanks to closeness to the presidential palace. There are also very few guests which makes the place a nice refuge ...

„Schönes Hotel, aber schlechter Kundenservice, den uns wurde beim Check-In zugesagt, am nächsten Tag gegen Aufpreis einen späten Check-Out vorzunehmen, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Am nächsten Morgen hieß es dann jedoch, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir müssten das Zimmer regulär verlassen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und auch nicht bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden.“
