„Reception was not helpful at all. Wanted to change the room because I got an ex-smoking room, after a discussion they changed it (at least). They said they smell no smoke. I wanted them to arrange me a driver to Big Almaty Lake. All I got was a Flyer with guided tours, I should call there. At the checkout they wanted me to charge something from the Minibar. I haven't drank anything. They didn't charged me, but overall the reception didn't make a good impression. The room was okay, very old and ...

„Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und relativ klein. Ein Wasserkocher ist vorhanden aber kein Kaffee (nur Tee). Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen.“
