„This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.“

„Stayed for one night as it was close to the Princess Diana hospital where I was visiting a patient. Room was pretty basic, had a double bed, a TV, basic tea/coffee facilities, bathroom. Surprisingly decent number of plug sockets available to charge devices. Decor needs a serious revamp! Curtains couldn't close properly either. No air-con in the hotel so had to have the window open and a fan going. Although the hotel has free Wi-Fi available, it doesn't actually reach to the part of the hotel ...

„We loved our stay at this gem of a BnB. The massive bed and the hearty breakfast gave us the energy to explore the area and made any jet lag a non-issue. Sue and Gary are wonderful hosts and provide as little or as much interaction as you want and were very helpful with ideas for locale, especially dinner. Sawby is a cute English town and the locals were very friendly when we went for walks.“

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“
