West Village-Large Lovely Private Home in Kirkwood

Summary:

Bring the whole family to this comfortable private home with lots of room for fun and entertaining. Amply equipped with 3 queen bedrooms, loft with twin trundle beds, 2 full bathrooms, two living areas, a full kitchen and kitchenette. Great location for exploring the areas around the beautiful Kirkwood basin and the surrounding high sierra!

The Space:

3 queen bedrooms, equipped with clothing storage, twin loft trundle beds on the 3rd floor and 3 full pull out couches. Full kitchen as well as a kitchentte on bottom level, a BBQ on main deck as well as propane grill on lower level deck. Two full bathrooms and two full living spaces.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property consisting of two full units joined by a common staircase in the house, but both accessible by deck entrances as well.



Other Things to Note:

It's a small walk from the street parking to the unit. When using maps from your phone, sometimes they send you the wrong direction. Please see the photo we have provided for the appropriate location.



We understand pets may need to join, they are subject to approval and we do charge an extra fee. We ask that they are never left alone and that you are respectful of the furniture. In the event there is any damage or excessive cleaning it will be subject for a further charge. We do have a little green cleaner - please be ready to use it!!



We are currently doing a small construction project through summer 2026. There will be times during the day when our contractor is hammering, sawing, walking around and playing music as we finished up the room, siding, and interiors - and it will be part of the background noise. In the long run its going to make the cabin awesome! We will have a great garage and better parking options for you. But it will slightly disturb the serenity of the cabin. We have already baked in a discount to the pricing. It has not been a big deal for many guests, but if you or your family would be disturbed by this, please choose one of the other awesome properties in Kirkwood!

We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
