The tandem garage provides parking for two standard vehicles, Standard SUVs not oversized, make it ideal for quick access and storing gear.

If you’re traveling with additional cars, overflow parking is available at the public lot near Timber Creek ski area, just a short 10-minute walk from the home.

❄️ Winter Travel & Safety
Winter in the Sierra is magical — but also unpredictable. Please be prepared for mountain travel conditions. AWD or 4WD and/or chains are required during snowstorms.
Pack essentials: emergency first aid, water, snacks, blankets, a snow shovel, and flashlights. If roads close due to snow, plan for the possibility of arriving late or staying an extra night. Unfortunately, we can’t offer compensation for power or internet outages, as these are outside our control. Guests are responsible for shoveling decks when needed.

Because weather and wildfire events can occasionally impact travel in the Tahoe region, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. This ensures protection if your trip is delayed, interrupted, or canceled for covered reasons.
Please note that our strict cancellation policy means refunds cannot be issued directly through us. However, travel insurance may reimburse your non-refundable booking costs for covered situations like illness, severe weather, or road closures.
