„Anfangs sind wir von der sehr positiven Bewertungen und dem Realzustand negativ überrascht gewesen. Der Aussenbereich ist nicht sehr gut gepflegt resp. Im besten Zustand. Es liegen überall Blätter und Tannennadeln herum, was neben anderen kleinen Dingen einen gewissen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlässt. Obwohl die Lage am Fluss etwas hat.
