„Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it.

„Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.

„Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.“
