„Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.“

„Sauberes, aber altes und kleines Zimmer, vor allem für zwei Gepäckstücke. Das Fitnessstudio war OK, aber etliche Geräte waren kaputt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, genauso wie das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Die Lage im Savassi war perfekt.“

„Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself.
