Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. „早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。 部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。 ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。 朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。 近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。“

„到着した時から、スタッフの態度が悪い。全く挨拶もなく、荷物も嫌々ながら運んでいる感じ。複数のスタッフに笑顔や愛想がない。 また、Wi-Fiが、一度接続されてもすぐ切れてしまったり、テレビもスマートTVではない上、普通のチャンネルでも接続が悪く、ずっとLoadingのまま止まったりする。（その後Wi-Fiは回復したが、結局テレビは使わなかった） 部屋はコンクリート打ちっぱなしで全体的に暗めな上、ライトがとても少なく、夜は特に非常に暗い。窓からの眺めは良い。 場所は、市内からとても離れる。 後から朝食をつけたが、一人RM２０で安い。種類は多い訳ではないが、ビュッフェでRM20なのでお得だと思う。 また、連泊だったが、指定した時間に清掃してもらえた。 全体的に、そこまで良い訳という訳ではなく、まぁまぁ。“
