„First visit to this flat due to our usual one being sold. The flat is great with everything you need and we felt really comfortable and at home for our long weekend.Elderly dad managed the one flight up to the flat no problem and handy having the bus stop right outside too.Great flat and host so will be our new holiday flat going forward. “

„Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. “

„This is a perfect holiday apartment for two. We were able to have breakfast with a view of the sea and Rathlin Island. Catherine had been a fantastic host and provided a perfectly equipped, clean apartment in walking distance from Ballycastle (beach, port & center). Everything was perfectly organized and we were having a great stay. We felt at home from day one. There are plenty of things to explore nearby.“

„Great apartment and Rosie the host was very friendly,welcoming and warm. The only issue we had was the noise from the apartment above. It kept us awake for a couple of nights. You can hear every step and every word said. Could probably do with some sound proofing on the floors.“

Bute is such a lovely island with a very specific charm (in architecture, landscape, history ...), and the people we met were overwhelmingly friendly and so pleasingly laid-back. The flat was great, too. „This is a very concise, beautifully thought out space with a deck overseeing an expansive gorgeous valley filled sheep, birds, rising sun and moon. Iona and her husband could not have been more attentive and helpful. My husband and I have traveled the world seeking prehistoric monuments and sites and Kilmartin Glen is moments away as is its museum. The concentration of millenia of sites is exceeded only by the number of rock art sites even nearer the Pod. We recommend it highly!“

„ 6 of us visiting for our friends 60th at the Glenburn hotel. Can't fault anything, thanks for providing the good weather😊 10 minute walk from ferry and town, got car parked fine. People with mobility issues may struggle to walk from road up to the apartment as it's a bit high. But honestly it's worth it if you can. “

Lots of chic, personal touches to the decor, lovely lighting, clean, comfortable, convenient - everything we needed. A few steps from the local hotel for a great meal.“
