"Sauberes, ziemlich neues Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Osaka. Man ist sofort mittendrin, wenn man zur Tür rausgeht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich winzig, haben aber alles, was man braucht. Der Onsen ist sehr gut und im Preis inbegriffen. Nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist leider der supercoole Pool auf dem Dach, mit dem dieses Hotel auch wirbt. Der Eintrittspreis für diesen Pool ist für lokale Verhältnisse wirklich hoch. Wir haben uns das einmal geleistet und es hat sich schon gelohnt. Eigentlich hatten wir dieses Hotel wegen dem Pool auf dem Dach ausgewählt, deswegen haben wir uns über die zusätzlichen Kosten geärgert. Das ebenfalls kostenpflichtige und nicht billige Frühstück im Restaurant in der ersten Etage haben wir einmal gebucht und es war sehr gut. Insgesamt ist in diesem Hotel irre viel los. Mit Personal hat man wenig zu tun, da z.B. der Checkin an einem Automaten abläuft."

"The hotel has a great atmosphere, a really relaxing design and interior with tatami and low level bed and chairs. The onsen was great after a long day of exploring Kyoto and there are a lot of free things like coffee, noodle soup, massage chair.. The breakfast was delicious too. I would definitely come again."

"A very nice hotel right beside JR Namba station and the bus terminal to the airports, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants at the center of Osaka night life. Lobby is on 22nd floor and the rooms have a nice view of the city and are quite ok in size and comfort. Breakfast selection is quite fantastic, as is the view from the breakfast room. A great choice and good value for the somewhat higher price."
