1. Budget-Friendly 4BR Near Downtown Cartersville

„Cleanliness of property was far from satisfactory! On our day of arrival walked in to master bedroom and found medication on the floor, kitchen looked like it had not been swept in months! Kitchen Cabinets had animals droppings (mouse poop) in them. Calling fans full of dust , area rugs was way over due to be professional cleaned to say the least , let me also add the corner of the carpet would not stay down raising a huge safety issue as a tripping hazard. Dishes had been put away in the ...

„This property was not a good rental experience. 1. The property appeared to be poorly maintained. 2. There was frequent and disruptive noise coming from inside the walls, which seemed to be related to the plumbing. 3. The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use. The issue was reported to the host, but there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Anyone considering this property should carefully review the condition, noise concerns, and internet ...

„The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side ...

„This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms.“

„Property is great and location is wonderful for baseball tournament. The property manager is useless as far as fixing issues. My front door lock was broken and no one bothered to inform or fix the lock for my entire stay. I finally had to insist on physical key after waiting 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. The entire stay we had to listen to a chime on the lock as it tried repeatedly to remote lock. Safety matters. I've never had an issue like this with a VRBO property and now I get msgs ...
