Welcome to your Lake Texoma home away from home! Located inside a peaceful gated community, our spacious retreat is approximately a 4–7-minute walk from the community beach and shoreline.

With sleeping space for up to 21 guests, the home is a great choice for large families, reunions, fishing groups, lake adventures, and weekend getaways.

Additional-guest charges

The standard reservation price includes up to 7 guests. Because larger groups require additional linens, laundry, supplies, cleaning, and preparation, the following charges apply to every guest beyond the first seven:

Children age 12 and under: $15 per child, per night

Guests age 13 and older: $20 per person, per night

Please enter the correct number and ages of all guests when booking. Every overnight guest must be included on the Vrbo reservation, and all additional-guest charges must be paid before arrival.

Pet policy and fees

Up to four approved pets are permitted per reservation. All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival.

The following fees apply per pet:

1–7 nights: $50 per pet

8–30 nights: $100 per pet

More than 30 nights: An additional $100 per pet is charged for every additional 30-day or monthly period

The laundry/storage room beneath the carport is the home’s designated indoor pet area. Pets must remain crated whenever they are inside the home and may not roam freely through the house.

All applicable pet fees must be paid through Vrbo before arrival. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets are not permitted.

Future improvement

We plan to add a spacious back deck with a hot tub to create an even better place to relax after a day on the lake. The deck and hot tub are not currently available and are not included with present reservations.

Guest access

Guests have access to the home and outdoor living areas included with their reservation. You’re also welcome to enjoy the nearby community beach and Lake Texoma shoreline, located approximately a 4–7-minute walk from the property.

The laundry/storage room beneath the carport is normally locked. Access is provided when:

A larger group needs the two additional twin-size rollaway beds, or

Guests are traveling with one or more approved pets

Please notify us before arrival if your reservation requires access to this room.

Other things to note
Yard does have some stickers. We are currently in the process of removing them but it is a lengthy process
