Whip up a delectable breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, savoring your meal at the pass-through window bar that melds indoor and outdoor living. With everything from an oven and stove top to a complete set of cookware and cutlery at your disposal, creating culinary delights is a breeze.

The region boasts scenic beauty and recreational variety, with Lake LBJ and Inks Lake nearby, promising delightful days of fishing, boating, and swimming. No boat? No problem - boat and jet ski rentals are available in town, allowing you to fully enjoy these waterways. During your stay at the Cozy Cacti Container, you'll have full, exclusive access to the entire container home and its immediate outdoor surroundings. This includes the open-plan living area, kitchen, bedroom, and the modern bathroom plus several on-site amenities include a private firepit and direct access to the Llano river.

While your container home is your private haven, please note that it is situated within a quiet, respectful neighborhood. We kindly ask that all guests maintain this peaceful atmosphere and respect the privacy of our neighbors during their stay.

Other things to note
We have taken great care to ensure your stay at the Cozy Cacti Container is comfortable, memorable, and worry-free. Please note that while we are nestled in a natural setting, you may encounter some of the local wildlife, including snakes. They are a natural part of the Texas landscape and play an essential role in the local ecosystem. If you see one, keep a safe distance, do not attempt to touch or disturb it.

The Llano River at the bottom of our land is a serene place to unwind, but as with any natural body of water, it has the potential to rise quickly due to flash flooding. We urge guests to monitor local weather forecasts, especially during the rainy season, and take appropriate precautions.

While we offer WiFi, please understand that we are in a rural area and service can sometimes be slower than in urban centers.

We understand the appeal of the wide-open Texas sky, but please remember that the firepit must be attended at all times when in use and fully extinguished before retiring for the night. We take fire safety very seriously, especially during dry periods.

The container home and immediate area are your private oasis, but it's located within a neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and keeping your activities within the container home's immediate area.*
