Beyond the condo, the best of Tahoe awaits—whether it’s a five-minute drive to the lake or a quick 10-minute trip to Northstar’s slopes. But with a seasonal pool and hot tub just steps away, you might not want to leave at all.

This home features two flights of stairs.
The Primary and Secondary Bedrooms are on the ground level.
The Bunkroom and main living area are upstairs.
The loft workspace and media den are on the top floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and 2 parking spaces in the shared lot in front of the home. Guests will also have access to shared amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, and bocce ball court.
The Neighborhood:
Whether you are in Tahoe for the beaches or the ski resorts, this home places you near it all! Conveniently located between the town of Kings Beach and Northstar Ski Resort, it provides the best location for year-round fun. In the winter months, you are just an 8-minute drive away from the slopes at Northstar Resort, where you will find great ski terrain for all ability levels. Northstar is also a good family-friendly option with an ice skating rink and movie theater to keep everyone entertained. In the summer months, Northstar becomes a hiker's paradise with numerous trails for all levels to explore and a world-class mountain biking facility. For more hiking options, you are also only a 4-minute drive to one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe.
On days when you seek relaxation, you are only 4 minutes from the town of Kings Beach, where you can find white sand beaches with every watercraft rental imaginable, supermarkets, boutique shopping, spas, yoga, and a wide variety of restaurants. Be sure to check the Kings Beach community calendar during your stay for the free summer outdoor concert series and farmers' market schedule. If you are looking for concert venues and casinos, you are only 5 minutes from the Nevada state line, where you can find several casinos. This peaceful getaway truly is near all the best Tahoe has to offer; there is something close by for everyone in your group!
Getting Around:
A bus stop just a 7-minute walk from the home makes it quick and easy to use Tahoe’s public transportation, TART. A short walk will take you to the bus stop at Hwy 267 and Lincoln Green, which runs every hour and will get you to Kings Beach in less than 5 minutes. Alternatively, make the short drive down to King's Beach, where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With both HWY 28 and 267 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas around Tahoe City. Northstar California Resort is just an 8-minute drive away on HWY 267, on which you can continue to the historic mountain town of Truckee or stop for a hike at Brockway Summit, one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. You can also take a day trip into Nevada; the state line is 7 minutes away, and the town of Reno is an hour's drive from the home. Head south and be at the popular Olympic Valley within 30 minutes where you can enjoy the slopes at Palisades Tahoe ski resort. Tahoe City is less than a 20-minute drive down HWY 28.
Tahoe also has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that the Community Pool and Hot Tub are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Community Sports Complex operates from Memorial Day until the first snowfall.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
