„Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.“

„My girlfriend and me stayed in the Nest Kimi from the 6th until the 9th of August. We loved viewing the skyline of the city centre from our relaxing balcony. We had a spacious room and i can now say you also had the best mosquito net. Especially the net is very important to people coming from overseas to protect themselves against deadly mosquitoes. We’re glad to have chosen this hotel. Our spacious bedroom and bathroom made us arriving and staying in peace while in Kigali.

„My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips“

„Hotel is functional. Located at convention centre so security processes are quite strict (X ray car and X ray all bags. Hotel failed to recognise my expedia platinum status entitling me to a free drink. When they requested a review I stated that I haven't received a drink voucher but the staff made no effort to rectify the situation. It is fine for a quick night on arrival or before departure from airport.“

„For the price, perhaps a cold shower, no toilet paper and power sockets hanging off the wall is to be expected.
The place was clean and in a reasonable location. Promise, the manager, was friendly during checking in, but sadly absent when required later on.
This was important as another guest had an argument over the phone... shouting from around 9pm until 2.30am and resuming again at 7am. Asking repeatedly to cease had no effect and the hotel staff failed to intervene.
It's a shame really as ...
