„We liked our stay as the hotel is located in a very quiet surrounding. Walking down to the small town is very easy and a nice walk as well. Team was very nice to us. A downer was that the room had a small balcony but was overall a little bit too loud. Room was clean but not the most modern we had on our trip. Overall a good place to stay but I believe most guests will come during winter season. Using the park deck is a great option and very convenient.“

„Everything was exactly as advertised. An easy five minute walk to the ski hill, a great basement suite, bright, lots of room and a well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a day on the hill. “

„Excellent, friendly service and very clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I've stayed a couple times now and it's now the only place I'll stay in Cranbrook. “
