Escape to our stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Fall Line condo in Killington, Vermont! Ideally located near the slopes, this beautifully renovated retreat combines modern luxury with mountain charm. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with its unique triple bunk bed with king, queen and twin mattresses plus a second bunk bed both having twin mattresses. Pamper yourself with spa-like bathrooms, including one with a jacuzzi tub. Plus, the community center offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness area. • Check-In/Out Flexibility: We aim to make your stay as smooth as possible, so we might be able to adjust our standard check-in and check-out times based on availability. Want to arrive early or stay a bit later? Just ask! Early check-ins or late check-outs might be available for an extra charge.
• Easy Peasy Check-In/Out: Enjoy a hassle-free arrival and departure with our smart lock system. We'll send you the door codes for a seamless, contactless experience—no need to meet anyone in person.
• Family-Friendly Gear: Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a Pack 'n Play and high chair, available upon request. Just let us know in advance!
• Smoke-Free Zone: For the comfort of all guests, our entire property is smoke and vape-free, including balconies and decks.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone enjoys a restful stay, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Pets Allowed: We love pets, but they're not allowed at our property. Unauthorized pets will incur a $750 fine.
• Rental Agreement: For a smooth check-in, please sign and return our rental agreement.
• Community Center Fun: Dive into relaxation at our Community Center, featuring an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and a small gym. It's open from 8 AM to 10 PM, though it closes for maintenance from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving. We also have an EV charger available outside!
• Shuttle Service: During ski season (Thanksgiving to Easter), catch the free shuttle to the resort every 15 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weeks. No shuttle midweek, but we're just 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free Firewood: Cozy up with free firewood from the racks outside each building.
• Age and Party Policy: We welcome families and guests over 25. Please note, we have a strict no-party policy to keep the vibe relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Weather Notice: Winter weather can be unpredictable! We don't offer weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance for any unexpected events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also a good idea.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
