„We started our tour on the Cleveland Way in Helmsley. After a Long day we got. a room near the kitchen wich was noisy and not really comfortable. All in all was the hotel not the price valid we payed“

„We stayed here for a couple of nights, and cannot fault either the room (we had a dog friendly room) Bed was comfy, bathroom very modern and clean. I can certainly recommend the full English breakfast, possibly one of the best I've ever had, there are lighter options. „Der Empfang war etwas seltsam. Bar Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren aber stets sehr freundlich und nett,die Enttäuschung beim Check in war leider größer. Zimmer hätten gepflegter sein können,das Bad war schon etwas älter und Fliesen lose, die Ablage beim Waschbecken war sehr ungepflegt. Aussicht und Umgebung war aber sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr abgelegen. Spa haben wir leider nicht benutzt, wussten nicht ob wir da auch auch halbherzig begrüßt werden ...

„Lovely location up a very narrow one track road! Room was lovely. The inside of the courtyard is done up in a lovely way and having a seating area inside and outside of the room (we were in the dairy) was lovely. Lovely little shop, nice cafe. Only downside was our shower was broken and was scorching. The owner was super quick to respond but as we were only staying one night, they couldn't fix it before we left. There was a shower block nearby for the camping area though to use.“
