Remodeled in 2020, the main home has vaulted beam ceilings, a full kitchen with a large island, and a dining room for proper group meals. A separate studio-style retreat brings wall-to-wall windows, a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker, and its own bath. Two homes, two lofts, six beds, and three baths sleep up to 10, with a shared gas grill and outdoor shower.



Guest Access:

This North Shore Kauai retreat offers a private entrance, garage parking, and a garden or backyard space to relax in. Beach access is just steps away, and a BBQ grill and outdoor seating make it easy to enjoy meals outside. A lit path leads to the door for comfortable arrivals after dark.



The Neighborhood:

Anini Beach is one of Kauai’s most appealing North Shore beaches for families, with a long reef helping to soften the water close to shore. Kilauea town is a short drive for groceries, casual bites, and the farmers market, while Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge offers lighthouse views and seabirds. Hanalei’s shops, restaurants, and bay are farther west along the coast. Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 minutes away, a pretty drive along Kauai's north shore. A rental car is recommended to reach nearby beaches like Anini and Kalihiwai, as well as the shops and dining in town. Kilauea's small town center is walkable for coffee, food, and local goods, while groceries and more shopping are a short drive. Parking is usually available on site or curbside.
