    Diese wunderschön renovierte Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist perfekt für Familien oder Paare, die gemeinsam verreisen. Genießt den Blick auf das zauberhafte Wasser von Maui, beobachtet in der Saison vielleicht den einen oder anderen springenden Wal oder erlebt einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang mit direktem Meerblick von eurer privaten Veranda aus. Speist im Freien an einem Tisch für vier Personen.

    Der Wohnbereich ist perfekt ausgestattet mit einem großen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV. Er geht direkt in die Küche über, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was ein Hobbykoch braucht.

    Die Hauptschlafzimmersuite befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett sowie luxuriöse Bettwäsche. Das eigene Bad verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche und einen großen Waschtisch.

    Die Gästesuite ist sehr geräumig und mit einem Kingsize-Bett, luxuriöser Bettwäsche, einem 40-Zoll-Flachbild-SMART-TV und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet.

    Eine Split-Klimaanlage sorgt das ganze Jahr über für ein kühles und angenehmes Raumklima in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung.

    Mana Kai 412 bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort auf Hawaii! Zur Resort-Atmosphäre gehören ein Pool direkt am Meer, zwei Propangas-Grills, hauseigene Waschmöglichkeiten auf jeder Etage, kostenlose Parkplätze, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Aktivitätszentrum, ein Gemischtwarenladen und ein Businesscenter.

    Bitte beachte, dass alle Mana-Kai-Einheiten über ein Hauptschlafzimmer im „offenen Konzept“ verfügen, das nicht vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt ist.

    Mana Kai wird ab sofort Bau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten fortsetzen, darunter notwendige Betonreparaturen in der Nähe der Lobby und der Toiletten sowie Vorbereitungen für das neue Restaurant „Beach House at Mana Kai“ von Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, bekannt für Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s und andere). Zwar liegen uns noch kein vollständiger Zeitplan und kein Abschlussdatum vor, doch die Arbeiten finden an Werktagen von 8:00 bis 16:30 Uhr statt; an Wochenenden und Feiertagen ist keine Baustelle im Gange. Während dieser Zeit kann es für Gäste zu Lärmbelästigungen und vorübergehenden Schließungen der Toiletten kommen. Wir danken euch für euer Verständnis und freuen uns darauf, euch bald begrüßen zu dürfen.

Great Mana Kai Condo!

My husband and I just returned from a 2-week stay in this condo (#412), and loved every minute of it! Aside from the perfect location, the condo is beautifully appointed and well-maintained. We will definitely return.

Family vacation 2025

We rented two condos at the Mana Kai Maui Resort for a week long stay. The resort is right on the beach and every condo has a view of the ocean. We have been to this resort several times and have never been disappointed. We had six of us in our part from age 14-83 and the rooms were well equipped to take care of the needs of everyone.

Amazing space

Wonderful apartment had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and swimming beach right out the door. The pool was nice for a non sand swim. Convenient to have a shop right downstairs and the 10pm late checkout was so worth it for our evening flight. Would come again with no hesitation, loved the modern updates to the suite.

Island time

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft which we liked and the bedding towels and linens were good quality. More hotel style than older island style. The condo staff is outstanding and they keep the grounds immaculate and there is security to keep you safe. The grassy area is very nice the pool small but refreshing and the beach is one of the best on Maui.

Beautiful views

Location in southern Maui was great for exploring the entire island. Views were great and the beach at the property was excellent for swimming and snorkeling. The layout is a bit different than I thought when booking. The second bedroom in on an outside hallway leading the occur keep the curtains shut throughout the stay.

Amazing

Our stay was better than expected. We would normally stay in a hotel but wanted a kitchen (and two bathrooms was a plus as well). Placed a pick up order from wal mart before we even arrived on Maui and immediately had snacks and breakfast to last our whole stay. The condo and premises and beach were beautiful, safe and family friendly.Opening the balcony doors in the morning to a breathtaking view is something you’d have to pay way more for at a hotel. I would definitely go back.

Great time at Mana Kai

We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family. The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it. Location is prefect too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is Where We Will Stay Next Time

It was just as described. It is in great condition - the view, and the property we could not have been more pleased. The actual location of the property is ideal - right on the beach, with a great pool, convenient general store on first floor, and a walk or short drive to all the restaurants, stores, shops, and bars in Kihei/Wailea. Property Management was attentive and courteous.

Great unit in great location. Unit was as depicted, with ocean view and right on the beach. Very comfy bed. Communication with property manager was seamless and we got into the property early. The property was clean, but there were tiny ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. They were harmless but a bit annoying. Otherwise, perfect rental.

Overall, the unit met our expectations. The ocean front views were great, and the lanai provided a relaxing place to take in the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean. Might have been beneficial for the unit to have a tray or rug to place shoes on in the entry way, prior to the living area entry.

Beautiful property! The unit had everything we needed for the week, was clean, and had amazing views. The location on the island was perfect - close to what we needed quickly, but not in the hustle and bustle of Kihei. Short drives to Haelakala and other destinations around Maui. Beautiful beach and grassy area at the property. We even swam with sea turtles right by the property! We happened to be there during the tsunami warning - luckily we had friends in Maui that took us in during the evacuation - but we never heard from the property manager about what to do. The tsunami ended up not being a threat after all and we were able to return to the unit, but it would have been nice to hear from Coldwell Banker about the precautions in the area.

Perfect location in Kihei!

We loved our stay here. The condo location was perfect. Relaxed, beautiful beach with great green space overlooking the beach under the palms if you wanted to be outside but not in the sand. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults/teens. Small store on the first floor was very convenient! The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay, so can’t comment on that. This particular unit had a great view of the ocean and was very clean! Included beach towels & plenty of beach chairs to use during stay. Reserved parking spot in the lot was nice. Very convenient to shopping & restaurants in Wailea & Kihei, but in a less busy area. I definitely recommend staying here.

Absolute paradise

Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner. We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones. The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

Perfect location!

The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL
