Maui Parkshore #412 is an extensively remodeled two bedroom, two bath, fourth floor condo with an open living room, full kitchen and a large lanai that provides beautiful sunset views of the ocean. This lovely condo is just across the street from Kamaole Beach III. The unit is tastefully appointed with new appliances, and all furnishings are top of the line. It has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and free WiFi. Both bedrooms are equipped with king sized beds, ceiling fans and portable air conditioners. The en suite bathroom features an updated shower and the guest bathroom includes a shower and tub. The living room has an expansive sofa so you will have plenty of space to relax and watch something on the large flat-screen television and Blu-ray player. The living room is cooled by the ocean breezes and there is an effective sun shade that can be used during the heat of the day. The indoor dining set is beautiful and the large lanai also provides a dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the morning sun dance on the water. In the evening, while crowds are gathering on the beach to watch Maui's legendary sunsets, you just need to step on your lanai and have the best view in the house! When you are ready to hit the beach, Maui Parkshore #412 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.

Sehr gut

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt schön, man muss nur über die Straße zum Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es mobile Klimageräte, die wir aber nachts nicht anhatten, weil es für uns zu laut war. Überall gibt es jedoch Ventilatoren und Fliegengitter. Neda ist sehr bemüht, bei Fragen gibt es schnell eine Rückantwort oder direkten Kontakt. Sehr freundlich!

Terrific beach, thoughtful supplies provided, HOT and noisy family room & kitchen.

This well-equipped condo is right across the street from a fabulous beach! When you arrive, you might want to open up every door and cupboard… Including those under the TV unit to see all of the kitchen equipment that is available for you. Having said that, there is not 1 single kitchen cupboard empty for you to put your own groceries. You are left with the very limited counter space for groceries. Limited counterspace, because there are more gadgets on the counter. I suggest the owners or management company, edit the number of gadgets and create cupboard space for people who would like somewhere to store their non-refrigerator groceries. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with a toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable, razors, and Native shampoo, body wash, etc. On the balcony, you will find a storage unit filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, extra snorkel, masks, coolers, etc. The condo’s community pool is heated and fabulous! I read reviews mentioning the terrible former grounds manager, but the current manager is fantastic and friendly! I met several condo owners at the pool, and they were all so friendly and helpful with tons of advice for making our trip extra special! The condo has AC units in the bedrooms, but the family room & kitchen gets incredibly hot! If you use the kitchen, it just adds to heat! The ceiling fans barely work. This area needs an AC unit too. We had a great trip, but b/c of this (even in the cooler season) we will not stay here again.

Close to the beach and terrific amenities

The condo is equipped in an outstanding manner. The appliances and all tableware are all high quality. Location to beach is so close we always walked. Beach amenities that are provided are terrific. All the amenities are the best I have seen in all my years of renting condos. Additionally, the booking management company is extremely helpful and provides great communication and services. They were exceptional in their service. The only warning is if you are looking for a quiet Lanai in the evening or you like to keep the sliding glass doors open in the evening then this may not be your choice as evening traffic is noisy from the street close by, no impact to sleeping though.

Nice condo

The interior of the condo was definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in on Maui. The furniture isn't your typical wicker furniture and was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were ok. I've definitely slept in more comfortable beds and less comfortable beds. The unit lacked an AC unit for the living room and kitchen (apparently only 2 AC units are allowed per unit and they are in the BRs which make sense), but that room was pretty warm all of the time, even with the door open at night and the sunshade down on the lanai. Our fault but we didn't find the elevator until AFTER we had carried our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Bummer. The parking lot is a bit weird with different driveways for different spots so when we initially arrived, we went in the wrong driveway, then had to go back out to the road to turn into the correct driveway. Once we figure it out, not a big deal. The pictures showed tennis courts which are in the back of the property and NOT part of the Maui Parkshore. Not sure if we are allowed to use them but since they are behind a fence circling the property next door, we did not try to use them. If they are usable by Maui Parkshore residents, you may want to clarify that. We go to Maui 1-2x per year and other places we have stayed are a bit more lenient about check in time. We did some shopping and ate lunch after landing so not a huge deal but it gave the impression of being not so friendly. Location is great. We like the South Kihei area and very convenient to restaurants, the beach, etc.

First-Rate Rental

This VRBO was one of the very best we've stayed at. Not only was it IMMACULATE, but the owner thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay—with attention to detail. The place has a well-stocked kitchen (with quality flatware, dishes, and cookware and even ziptop bags and chip clips) with high-end appliances and finishes; filtered water and ice; A/C in the bedrooms (wasn't needed in the main part of the house where the breeze off Haleakala did the trick); fresh-smelling linens; toiletries (e.g., starter shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower gels); basic first-aid supplies (e.g., bandaids and hydrogen peroxide); office supplies; washer, dryer, and laundry detergent; beach chairs, towels, coolers, and an umbrella; nightlights for ease of getting around in the dark; a good-sized smart TV and fast WiFi; conveniently located outlets for chargers; and lots of storage space and extra hangers. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Neda was so helpful and easy to communicate with that we felt like she was a friend. She even went out of her way to accommodate a change in our schedule. It also helped that she lives on the island. She responded to any questions/issues we had promptly and efficiently and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities (808 Deli and Nalu's were a couple of our favorites; be sure to try the malasadas at Nalu's!). Neda's VRBO was a clean, comfortable, safe place to land each time we returned from our adventures across the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Neda's Sunset Condo

This was our second time staying at Neda's Maui Parkshore condo. She is still the best VRBO host we've ever stayed with. Thoughtful communications, all of the little things are there for you. The unit is exceptionally clean and we appreciate the comfy bed. The a/c units in the bedrooms have a big water jug that need to be emptied daily, which is a bit of a pain but the building apparently won't let full external units be installed so nothing Neda can do, or she would do it! For the price point, you get a nice view and good access to Kam III beach; however, the unit is very loud with street noise and noise from the beach parking lot/lifeguards on the loud speaker, so if that's something that may bother you, consider paying the extra money to stay on the water side of South Kihei Rd. or at one of the properties tucked back from the street. We like that Maui Parkshore's pool has a lot of rules - but understand why party animals or people with kids do not. While there is an elevator, if you aren't able to take the stairs it also may not be the ideal building for you unless you stay on the 1st floor. The BBQ's at Maui Parkshore are also not great - they don't get hot and are often quite busy as there are only 4 for the entire complex. If you decide that Maui Parkshore is where you want to stay, Neda's unit is top notch. Aloha!
