The floors are tiled except the bedrooms which are carpeted.  Unit C303 is decorated with Hawaiian and tropical prints. The modernized kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. A new Master shower was just installed and it is beautiful. There is a full size washer/dryer combo.  Pefect for packing light.  There is a dining table & chairs on the lanai for outdoor eating.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

C303 is on the third floor.  NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.
