Well kept garden grounds surround the buildings, and a disabled parking spot is available on-site. Outdoor seating areas make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.

Hale Kamaole sits directly across from Kamaole Beach Park III, where a lifeguard, broad sand, and gentle shore time make it a natural pick for families. Walk the shoreline at sunset, then head along South Kihei Road for coffee, casual dinners, groceries, and shave ice. Kamaole I and II are nearby for another beach day, while Wailea's dining and golf are an easy drive south. This is the part of Maui where you can keep the car parked, let the kids burn off energy in the surf, and end the day watching the light fade over Kahoʻolawe.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
