3-BR 2-bath condo at Worldmark Kihei Resort, best beach across the street

This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please you, The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to own a lot of Worldmark vacation points but as I age am not traveling as much. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from Kamaole 1 beach (beach 1, best per many locals), very calm in the mornings and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, I require the person booking to be at least 24 or older. This is a family friendly resort. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, and is fully refundable.
Units are assigned the morning of check-in and you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive. Pictures you see here are provided by the resort and represent a typical unit. All units are air conditioned, have similar size and layout, and same appliances, furniture, and supplies. I recommend you search photos and places to go see and things to do to get a good feel for what all there will be around you.
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.

My family and friends over the years have loved going here, just to be in Maui is amazing and to have a central location to come home to after the days activities just makes this a relaxing time for you to enjoy the spirit of aloha!
