„The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. “

„we went for a quiet relaxing weekend on the beach we were at least 15mins from the beach very limit beach as hotels own most of them the beach we did find was so crowded you could of put a pin between us most of the parking was members only so when we did find somewhere to park it cost us 40.00 for the day so not a good experience so we will never go back to Naples “

„Great property! Wonderful layout of kitchen, living room and pool area all connected for family enjoyment. Pool surrounding gardens very green and taken care. “

„Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. “

„I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that the pool had sharp things on the bottom that my daughter tore her foot on. I didn’t like that there were 3 bedrooms & the only tv was in the living room…just 1! I didn’t like that there was no door to the master bathroom..only a curtain. I didn’t like that we only stayed 1 night & left & I contacted the properties person & have yet to have this resolved.“

„The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.“
