„Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.“

„Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.“

„Staff was very accomodating. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Well-sized family rooms with shared common area.“

„I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!“

„das Frühstück ist sehrgut , der kleine Park am Hotel ist schön. “

„Picture didn’t align with room Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system. New room was poor quality We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves Bathroom very small No hot water Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room overpriced for what you get. Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com.“

„Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.“

„The bed was small and hard. The wifi terrible. Breakfast no coffee maschine!! Charge extra to have a Cappuccino. Overall very poor Building quality. Lobby and Restaurant is nice. “

„The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!...“

„Clean room, spacious. All staff were helpful, courteous, they go beyond to help you. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy grab pickup. Accessible to Marcos highway and Naguillian highway. Recommend to my friends“

„Schöne saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Suite mit drei Zimmern. Badezimmer waren alle tadellos sauber und die Betten waren gut. Am Pool könnte es mehr Liegestühle haben. “
