Welcome to this upscale Seascape villa just a 2-minute walk to the ocean and a short walking distance to the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse with Players Pub Restaurant. This villa has been renovated from top to bottom and is a private-end unit with lots of space, plenty of privacy and ample sunlight that shines through the villa windows. No detail has been left untouched in this intimate property, which melds the beach cottage vibe with luxurious touches like granite countertops, hand-scraped maple wood floors and a double vanity in the bathroom with a large walk-in shower existing side-by-side with cottage-style furnishings and saltwater-tinged fresh air breezes. Stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and an open kitchen and living area really maximize the space. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the private screened porch, overlooking the wooded yard.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking only. Grills are not allowed. There is not a sofa sleeper, only the king sized bed in the master, perfect for a couple!

Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
