„Staff was very friendly and helpful“

„Hh“

„Expedia did not represent this hotel well, at all! Our room looked NOTHING like the picture and was NOT worth what I paid for it. The price did NOT match what we got. Also, it was supposed to have a view. When we opened the drapes, it was a construction site full of workers. We couldn’t ever open the drapes so it stayed very dark like a dungeon. When we were trying to rest, all you could hear was banging and hammering, drilling and construction site noise. The location was good, the staff was ...

„The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!“

„Would like to book that again!“

„Best stay“

„Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.“

„Nicely located but otherwise terrible. Unfortunately, while we were staying here a sum of money disappeared from our room. ThIs lodge is also dirty, service is quite poor and breakfast is nothing to write home about.never again!“

„Wonderful experience. Izzy was extremely helpful“

„Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.“

„Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience...“

„I don’t think Expedia represented this hotel well. The room did not look like what was pictured or reserved. However, the staff here is very attentive and work very hard for you. My biggest issue was the smoking!!! Cigarette smoking absolutely destroys a hotel room! It’s disgusting and hotel management must realize that guests have health issues that cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. Once a room is smoked in, it’s ruined. This hotel was mostly clean, the staff was great, the location is very ...
