„very good stay - most staff friendly and courteous, especially the restaurant and bar personnel. Room was clean and comfortable and looked out onto the water hole - saw a lot of game - which was a great bonus. Nice bath tub. Restaurant food selection and preparation was of a good standard. I liked the museum and the spa treatment we had was excellent. Will most likely be back“

„Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible.“
