The unit was not ready for guests. There were significant stains on the carpet throughout, too many to photo. Towel rack ripped out and hanging off the wall. No silverware or cleaning supplies. Multiple broken lamps with missing lampshades. Multiple tiles missing from one shower, could create mold and/or leaking in unit below. Many holes in drywall patched but not painted (just an eyesore, doesn't prevent us from using the property). Kitchen sink needs to be repaired, difficult to turn off and drips above as well as below the sink. Mgt was good about answering my texts, but absolutely ineffective in fulfilling our requests and needs. I feel as though there was no real communication between Vacasa's national office taking my messages and the local team that should be helping us. We made many, many requests for firestarters and silverware so that we could eat. We never received the firestarters and finally received the silverware on our last day. The location was great and when in proper condition the unit was very good. But it was not ready for us and frankly we all feel very strongly that we deserve some level of refund as we did not get what we paid for. I would love to get a response to this.
