THE LOCATION...

The Beachside neighborhood of Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a block from the west end of Smathers Beach off Atlantic Blvd, and just down the street from Higgs Beach, BELLE OF THE BEACH is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers Beach or the White Street Pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute! for a beachside meal, or bike ride (or a quick Uber) down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.

THE INTERIOR LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...

The interior living area of this home is just one part of the available living space, but offers plenty of room for the whole group. The sectional sofas, which also pull out to Queen sleeper sofas, sit in front of a large flat screen Smart TV. Off the living area is the dining area with space for 8 diners, plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is upgraded with state of the art appliances and tools, including a Kuerig coffee maker.

THE EXTERIOR LIVING AREA & SALTWATER POOL…

A major perk of this stilted home is the massive outdoor area created under the house. A full outdoor living area with luxurious lounge furniture and outdoor dining tables galore sit in the shade of your mansion. Beside the house is a private saltwater heat-optional pool with plenty of chaise lounges for relaxing poolside. There is also a personal gym with various equipment pieces for your use (but if the only exercise you envision is drink bicep curls, no judgement here!)

Great House for Large Group

Our multigenerational family had a fantastic time at this home in Key West. House was well maintained, well stocked, and had plenty of room for our large family. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, even though we had no problems or issues. Highly recommended.

Great for large groups

If you’re questioning booking this property for your large group stay, just do it! Great quiet location, plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom/bathroom, large open pool area for everyone to hang out. The pool area was a big hit with our group, we ended up grilling and chilling more around the pool than we planned. Very close walk to Smathers Beach. It was a perfect family getaway and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great guys trip spot

We were a group of nine men in our 40s that came in to town for a bachelor party and to fish. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The home is perfectly set up for a large group. Our stay was amazing! Description and photos do not do it justice! We were there for our Wedding on Smathers Beach. Our adult children, mom and grandchild joined us. Being able to sit around the table all together to eat was so great. The individual bathrooms and thermostat in each room priceless. Pool area speaks for itself! Communication with Dan was top notch! The concierge service so helpful! Five Stars!!!

Beautiful home but bug problems

Home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. However there was a problem with some sort of no see ums that ruined our comfort while we were there! We arrived Wednesday nite. NO ONE went to the beach. We hung out at the pool/patio area. We all woke up with terrible bug bites all over us! We bought bug spray and lotions. To no avail! Kept getting worse. I contacted Mngr-Owner sent us information on No See Ums! If you stay there make sure it get fumigated!! Still suffering 1 week later!

Great place to stay

We loved this location. Has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plenty of open space both inside and out to accommodate the 6 couples who stayed there. Location was 1.5-2 miles from Duval Street, which was perfect for our group. Pool is small but we knew that going in; water temp was warm upon arrival and we hung out there quite a bit. Only thing we noticed was the house is positioned so it was blocking the sun majority of the day (in April). We will definitely go with Key West Realty again when we visit. Great experience overall.

Wedded Bliss

The place was updated, clean and comfortable. The location is a little loud with traffic which surprised me that neighbors complained about noise. Honestly, how do the property managers believe a house with 6 bedrooms, 16 people and a pool would be quiet I do not quite understand. At least the police were friendly for the most part. Otherwise very happy with our stay .

The house was very clean, and seemed as though it had just been built. The six en-suite bedrooms make it great for a group that wants there individual privacy. The indoor, as well as outdoor areas, were comfortable and well laid out. Check in was a breeze, and the manager was a quick text away if anything was needed.

Fun with friends

We had 6 couples together in this marvelous house! Daniel the house manager made our check in seamless and attended to our questions and needs promptly. Each couple had a king size bed and bath which for our group is a MUST. The lower pool area is where we loved hanging out. The home was well appointed and clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a short bike ride into town. Bicycles or golf carts are highly recommended if you don’t have a car. We had Chelsea and Devin come into cook dinner the last night. The seafood paella, salad, roasted veggies and homemade key lime pie were delicious. We also did a private BYOB sunset cruise which was TONS of FUN. Thanks to Cecilly at Last Key realty who set these activities up for us. It was a great stay!
