Dieses komplett renovierte Stadthaus befindet sich im Herzen von Key Largo in einer Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Yachthafen vor Ort (mit Bootsrampe), Zugang zum Meer, Parkplätze für Bootsanhänger, eine Salzwasserlagune, 2 beheizte Pools, VIELE Tiki-Hütten auf dem gesamten Grundstück, ein Spielplatz, ein kleiner Sandstrand und Tennisplätze. Die Gäste können Boot fahren, angeln, schnorcheln, tauchen, Kajak fahren oder einfach in der tropischen Sonne entspannen! Sie können tolle Restaurants am Wasser zu Fuß erreichen. Der Zugang zur Marina Rampe ist kostenlos. Wenn Sie einen Bootsbeleg benötigen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit. Wir werden Ihnen die Informationen zum Yachthafen geben.

Unser geräumiges dreistöckiges Stadthaus mit drei Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern und zwei Wohnzimmern wurde komplett renoviert und in einem komfortablen, modernen Stil gehalten. Zwei Wohnzimmer (eines im ersten und eines im zweiten Stock) bieten Ihrer Familie die einmalige Gelegenheit, sich auszubreiten. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte, Quarzarbeitsplatten und eine große Theke mit 6 Hockern. In jedem Wohnzimmer können Sie sich auf unserem bequemen Sofa vor den neuen großen Smart HD-Flachbildfernsehern zurücklehnen. Dieses Haus befindet sich in günstiger Lage vor der Salzwasserbadelagune und nur wenige Schritte vom Lagunenstrand entfernt, der vom Balkon aus zu sehen ist - eine großartige Anlage für Familien! Die Erwachsenen können den Kindern beim Schwimmen in der Lagune zusehen, während sie auf dem abgeschirmten Balkon entspannen.

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Key Largo! The place was incredibly clean and well appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds! We couldn’t find linens for the sofa bed but Fausto responded immediately… they were in the lounger end’s storage. What a great storage space! Thank you for providing such a thoughtfully designed space!!

Great place 100% recommend… but forget getting in contact with the host.. tried many times for questions about parking but never got a reply. over all easy, great place, would stay there again ! The place allows 2 parking spot per unit but they’re able to give us 3 at the gate! We had a total of 4 vehicles, one had to stay parked outside the community on the street

If you love climbing stairs, this unit is for you! Although the listing says it can sleep 10, I would say it can accommodate 10 and not really comfortably. It can easily sleep 6. While the unit was reasonably clean upstairs, the downstairs areas were below par. The downstairs couch smelled strongly of urine - it was essentially unusable. The downstairs AC unit had black mold in it, so we could not turn it on for the entirety of the trip. We had to put 3 in a bed downstairs because of the urine on the couch and because it was not safe for kids (or adults) to sleep with black mold spores blowing over them from the AC. The downstairs bathroom had urine all around the toilet - they did not do a good job cleaning the downstairs or maintaining the AC. There is not enough seating for 9 people to eat dinner together - we either had to stand or eat on the couch. If you bring a boat, the marina is a solid 10-minute walk. Otherwise, I would say the unit was OK, but our family of 9 was far too many for this size unit, especially since the downstairs living area was unusable. The stairs are not safe for little kids, or anyone with knee or back issues. I did reach out to the host regarding these issues. He responded to the first issue we had because we had 3 cars for 9 people, but after that he did not respond to the other issues that were brought to him via the app, text and phone calls. We believe we should be partially refunded.

Key Largo perfection!

The property was just as listed. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we had hoped for. The lagoon view was phenomenal! Each level has its own balcony and bathroom. We were very pleased with the location and gated entry. The community was quite with easy access to ocean views and just a short drive to so many great restaurants. We loved Georgies cafe in Islamorada, and i highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery! Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon.

We had a great time!

I'm always kinda nervous about getting a vrbo if i don't know exactly where the property is located. But this place did not disappoint. The actual unit was immaculate. The property was great. It had a point where you could go out to the ocean, it had a couple swimming pools and it had a few awesome lagoon areas where you could swim with the fish. everyone onsite was super cool. my teenage kids were able to borrow kayaks for about 15-20 minutes with no issues. I would definitely look at staying here again. We've stayed at cheeca lodge and i think i probably save a couple grand just by staying here and it was waaaay better.

Excellent location for family vacation

The unit was as described and was clean, comfortable and updated. Excellent and fast response from the host when contacted. Great location on the lagoon and the unit is near both pools. I have rented many different units over the years at Kawama and this unit ranks with the best.

Fabulous Location

The three bedrooms were beautiful and provided ample room for the three couples in our group. The condo was fabulous. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the pier. The lagoon was bigger than we expected and the men in our group went snorkeling ans and saw fish. We drove to local beaches, did the drive to the Keys, and went kayaking in the mangroves, but would have been just as happy spending all our time at the condo . We highly recommend this VRBO

Well Appointed Key Largo Property

We enjoyed our stay at this unit within the gated Kawama community. Everything was clean and matched the online description. They provided everything we needed for the stay like plenty of bath and beach towels, bath soaps, paper products, 2 bicycles, and pool noodles. The beds and furnishings we’re comfortable and clean. The community pools are smaller, but the sea water filled lagoon is amazing. The Kawama community is centrally located so it was a short ride to John Pennekamp. The Everglades are about an hour away and the lower keys were accessible for day trips. My only criticism is the cookware. Like most rentals, the pans were of the scratched Teflon coated variety. It’s rare to find ceramic pans in a rental unit, but if you cook a lot you may want to pack one or get one at Beall’s while you’re here. We would absolutely rent here again.

Great Place for the Price

Overall a great stay. Some maintenance is needed throughout, however it's a nice place for the price. Recommend taking a walk out past the marina to enjoy the sunset.
