Explore the Lakeland town of Keswick and its surrounding area when you stay at this handsome, two-bedroom cottage for four guests and two dogs. Enjoy wandering out to shop for local produce or pick up fish and chips to enjoy back at the holiday home. Visit the Keswick Museum and Art Gallery or the famous Derwent Pencil Museum. Take a trip on Derwentwater on a launch or hire a motorboat and plan your own excursion. Embark on a 10-mile walk all the way around the beautiful lake or head out to see the Castlerigg Stone Circle, 2 miles from your base. Venture out into the surrounding fells to go walking or climbing or have a go at pony trekking.

Step into this bright property and find yourselves in the reception hall, which has access to the family bathroom. Take a couple of steps down to discover you have a shower over the bath and WC in here. There is also a king-size zip and link (which can be made into a twin room upon request) bedroom at this level. Follow the stairs up to the first floor to discover a the first double bedroom. A little further along, a useful cupboard houses a washer/dryer. Make your way into the lounge/kitchen/diner, with its vaulted ceiling and revealed timbers to light the wood burner and simply relax. Relax in the evening in front of the Smart TV. When mealtimes beckon, discover the kitchen area has everything you might possibly need, including a double fan oven, microwave, small dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Gather around the table to eat together.

On warm days, carry your morning coffee out on to the bench to enjoy it in the fresh air. There is parking for one small to medium-sized car at the property and extra shared overflow car parking for an additional car on a first come, first served basis.
