Welcome to our serene retreat in Kerrville, TX! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of Kerrville, TX at our lovely riverfront home. We can't wait to host you!

The Space:
Our home comfortably sleeps 10, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The spacious living area is perfect for movie nights or game nights, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals.

Each bedroom is cozy and inviting, with plush bedding and lots of natural light. The first bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has two queen-size beds, and the third has a bunk bed and a king bed.

Step outside to a large patio area with plenty of seating and a grill for cookouts. You can kick back on the hammock swing and soak in the beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the Guadalupe River nearby. If you’re up for exploring, there are plenty of attractions close by, including wineries, museums, and state parks.

We’ve made sure to provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, ample parking, and we supply linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Guest Access:
You can park directly at the house upon your arrival. You will have access to entire property for yourself and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Great getaway

We had a really great stay. The front porch was wonderful and where we hung out most of the time. The water was great and deep enough to swim in. We were close enough to town to drive in and shop and dine. Communicating with the host was quick and easy with no issues whatsoever.

Great location, clean and comfortable

House located in a quite neighborhood with river access and walking distance of a restaurant. Clean with a very well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and pillows. Front porch was a big hit and we spent hours in the comfy chairs and playing cornhole. River front has lawn chairs and solar lights on the path. Photos are accurate for size and layout of home. For large groups, note that the dining table only seats four comfortably.

Wonderful Property and Exceptional Location

Three of us stayed here for five days and had more room than we knew what to do with! The home was spacious, clean and ideally located--the Guadalupe River was in the front yard! And it was a 3 minute walk to one of the best seafood restaurants in Kerrville. The owner was also extremely swift in responding to messages... sometimes within minutes. We'll definitely be back.

Several friends weekend get together. We stayed here with our friends and had a great time here.. the house was clean and spacious. It gave each of us enough space. Lovely neighborhood with easy access to the river and walking paths to great dining options.. definitely would recommend.

Our stay was scheduled for a wedding weekend. The home is super spacious which was great. It felt like the host was slowly updating the property, but was not completed yet. The window's had brackets but no curtains. The kitchen sink had stains and needs to be replaced. The Christmas tree was up, but lights were not connected and branches not fluffed. I encourage a little more love to details. The backyard was not really a place to hang out, weird building and fences. The carpets had stains where a new floor would make the space more inviting. Great place for families!

We stayed here for a long weekend as part of our annual friend reunion and it did not disappoint! Spacious house and it even had a game room for the kiddos! River access was a plus and we got to spend the day down there. Cannot recommend this place enough. Anytime we had a question, the host got back to us within an 30 minutes. It’s was great!

Relaxing place on the river.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Loop De Lupe recently. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the front porch relaxing after the day's events and sitting down by the river watching the ducks fly by. I would highly recommend staying at this great place.

Good Place to Stay Plus Corn Hole fun!

We were a group of 4 retired folks….cousins and friends. We had a great time in the Hill Country! Staying at Loop de Lupe was an excellent choice! Clean and comfortable, large rooms and quiet neighborhood. The owner was great to work with and answered our questions in a very timely manner. 2 of our group fished in the river. Although they didn’t catch anything, they had a great time trying! Playing Corn Hole on the porch was a hoot! We would recommend Loop de Lupe!
