„Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Oklahoma nach Austin. Wie immer: saubere Zimmer, ein super Frühstück inkl. Waffeln Schöner, grösserer und sauberer Pool. Ebenso gut war der Jacuzzi.“

„Well, first I had asked for a room on first floor, which they had to change, but they did get it changed. It took a while. It was the exact same room I had stayed in before, but it was very dirty not cleaned at all. I don’t think they even changed the covers on the bed. The pillow smelt bad and there was dirt around the light switches and on the doors. It was pretty bad and it just smelled bad.“

„Gut für die Durchreise“

„The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good“

„I like the room, it was very spacious and clean. I wish the Breakfast starts at 10 am to 12 pm. When you are on vacation don’t want to wake up so early 👎“

„Alles in allem gut“

„Safe, clean, comfortable.“

„Guy at the front desk was good, when I arrived the front desk clerk said I booked a smoking room, I had my child with me on vacation and would never booked a smoking room, I showed him my reservation on my phone, he still kept saying I booked a smoking room and he didn't have any nonsmoking rooms available, after going back and forth, he checked me into a nonsmoking room, the room floors wasn't swept or mopped, all of the surfaces in the room was dirty, ask the housekeeper to clean the floors, ...

„Dead roaches in the lights at elevators.“

„Everything“

„The rooms have a very strange, strong smell. The sheets were stained as were the towels. There was mildew in the shower and on the shower curtain. The breakfast was sparce and old. The yogurt in the fridge expired that day and the counters where cereal spilled were not wiped down all day.“

„Staff very friendly and the free breakfast was actually pretty decent“

„Eignet sich gut zur Durchteise. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel ok.“
